How to dictate on Windows with RecSimple

Click into a text field, for example an email or a letter, and press F9. Speak, and press F9 again when you are done. Recognition adds punctuation and capitalisation by itself. F9 is the default key and can be changed.

What about Windows voice typing?

Windows has its own voice typing, which you open with the Windows key + H. Microsoft describes how it is processed on its help page. RecSimple recognises speech on your PC and, after the first sign-in, works offline for up to two weeks. RecSimple does not transmit your speech, recordings or texts.
