RecSimple is a simple audio recorder for Windows. One click and recording starts. You take part in the meeting and listen back later.

The file stays on your PC. RecSimple is provided by SmartbIT SG OG from Austria.

How to do it

Select the microphone and say a few words as a test.

Let everyone know you are recording and start when the meeting begins.

Listen back to the recording when you write the minutes.

Council

You take the minutes for the council. For the closed part of the meeting, you press Pause.

Afterwards the recording continues in the same file.

Club

You take the minutes for your club and still join in on motions and votes.

You can check every vote result later at your own pace.

Business

You record the meeting straight onto the PC in the meeting room, without the cloud.

If anyone later asks what was agreed, you listen back to that part.

Your recordings are ordinary audio files. You can play them without RecSimple too. The app is free of ads and tracking.

RecSimple only goes online to check your account and subscription.
